Reservation Policy

- We accept reservations via email/phone. Please mention your name, telephone number or email address.
- 30 % desposit is required ahead of the arrival to confirm the reservation.
- By accepting the reservations the client agrees with every point of the reservations and cancellation policy. 


2. Payments
- Guests pay after arrival at our hotel.

- After covering the full price the guest will be given a receipt.
3. Fee for an earlier departure.
-In case the guest requires to leave at an earlier date, HOTEL ST.FLORIAN is authorised to request a fee which is the 100 % of the original amount. In case the room will be taken by another quest , this fee would be refunded minus the bank transfer fees.

- In case the cancelation occurs one day before departure, the fee is a 100% of the amount of the room price (no refunds for only one nights)

Cancellation Policy

4. Storno

- The cancellation fees are subject to confirmed email or telephone reservations.
- The guest must let us know via email or telephone that they wish to cancel.
- Cancellations 14 days prior the arrival are all subject to a refund minus the bank transfer fees.
- Cancellations  7 – 14 days prior arrival– fee is 80% from the deposit, the rest is refunded minus the bank fees.
- Cancellations 7 days prior arrival - deposits are not refunded.
- If guest won't give us notice before 18:00 of a late arrival, HOTEL ST.FLORIAN is authorised to give out the room to another customer.
